For the last 6 years he has been part of - The Evening Standard award winning, French Restaurant of the Year, Richmond.

Benjamin is a professional chef. Ever since he was little, good food has been his great passion and he was always "messing around" in his mother's kitchen. He started working in gastronomy at the age of 15 and already during his studies in Slovakia he helped out in the well-known restaurants Divadlo and Trojica. Immediately after graduation, he went abroad for experience, where he spent the last few years working alongside top chefs from different parts of the world. Benjamin has gained extensive experience in Holland, Sweden, Hotel Fjållgården, and Iceland, where he mainly worked on fish, seafood and delicious Nordic game.
